What If One Fails ?

At times in life, we realize a very uneasy situation that we failed. The failure has various forms- failure in relationship, responsibility, friendship, performance in study or sports e.t.c. The feeling of failure either crashes our future plans or prepares us to face even worse situations and influences us to do better. Now it depends on us how we take the failure and deal with the consequences.

A few people run away from the consequences of the failure. I don't get it. Running away from our own failure is like cheating ourselves which is fatal to our confidence and previous achievements. Rather, we should try to know the reason behind "why we failed?" and try harder this time to pay back. We just have to revise our methodology mentally and compare them with the ideal. That will help us find the situations that led to failure.

Finding reasons of failure is absolutely easy, but taking the responsibility of the mistake is tough. On very rare occasions, the reason for failure is circumstance. But, most of the times it is our mistake. I feel there is no second opinion on this matter. If the situation made us weak even though we were totally prepared for the worse, I would say that the failure was destined and we would get something very soon that suits us. But, if the introspection reviles that the sole reason is our mistake, ignorance of our responsibility or carelessness, we need to work on it rather than running away.

Repenting the failure should be performed immediately. If done, we will feel much better doesn't matter how disastrous the failure was. Action must be taken to know why we missed our shot. Consulting trustworthy experts is always a good option. We should admit our situation, the way we performed the responsibility that we failed in and the results of the introspection to them. The experts may help us to know the areas we lacked in and guide us through repairing the situation.

Another option is to apologize to those affected by our mistakes. This will surely ease the burden of guilt and the confidence will flourish again. The state of shame must never hinder our progress. Help must be taken from better performers if we fail and promise ourselves to be careful in the future. Ambition is the last refuge of the failure. Realize it to find the right way to success.

"Success consists of going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm.
Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts."          -Winston Churchill
